So glad Tony was everything you hoped him to be and more. I like the idea of focusing on states and beliefs and creating a negative association with the ones you don't want in your life. My latest blog post is about exactly that--visualizing the best possible outcome in a stressful situation.

Alec, great point that we have to consciously feed ourselves positive thoughts to keep a positive state of mind. I hope the Tony weekend is amazing, and I am looking forward to hearing all of the awesome takeaways you bring back to your practice.

Alex, when you hit that wall of tiredness and feel the anger building up, stop and think of everything you are grateful for—your son, having the time to play with him, even being grateful for the exhaustion that comes with being the father of an 18-month-old. You'll find that you can't be angry and grateful at the same time. Let gratefulness be the stronger energy and that will win, and soon you anger will slip away! Keep up the good work!

What about spiritual wealth? Are you allowed to think about that? Maybe the Sabbath could be a day when you reflect on other aspects of wealth, like being grateful for having a loving family, health, a spiritual tradition, etc.

Observing the Sabbath would be a challenge for me as I'm addicted to social media and gadgets, but it would be a nice way to unplug and spend time with the family.

Hi there Alec, I very much sympatise with your personal experience. I myself decided to press Action in order to become a coach 2 years ago. I started working on my beliefs. Coz i was a drama queen at this chapter. No matter what effort you take, if you dont work first on your personal beliefs about yourself, who you are, what do you deserve to have, to receive, what kind of lifestyle, what kind of people, if you believe you must work hard to get results, that life is difficult and there arent enough clients, enough money, all these things contribute to put your final results on hold and increase your frustration.
So take 30 days to dedicate them specially to this one seul purpose of changing your beliefs. Study about the subconscious mind. Learn how to change your thoughts. I am working on this at the present moment. Afterwords, I can recommend you these 2 videos: http://www.expertsacademy.com/theplan and http://expertsacademy.com/roadmap. Ultimately, the most important factor that determines how fast you get results is the power to control your mind, to focus on certain subjects or facts. easy to say, hard to do, especially if before u had the habit of nagging often. But training in breath respiration helps tremendsly to gain more focus and more peace. and many many other tips and actions that can be taken at this beginning point. Bravo for praying and exercising. Bravo as well for having found the courage to start this challenge. and even more, for sharing about these steps. God Bless you and your efforts :)
